Beautiful lake not any parks for the kids thoe

The only tenting sites are either open to everyone with little privacy, if at all, or completely clear across the other side of the campgrounds. Very far away from the bathrooms for anyone, never mind little ones! Also far from the TINY beach and 'play area'...

You meet the nicest people at campgrounds! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. We loved it there and would love to have stayed longer, but the camping season was over and they were getting ready to close for the season. Will definitely go back!

very disappointing trip. When making a reservation I had asked for the Island, the Island was rented for my dates even though it was empty, I asked for 25 that is a seasonal, well any where that is not hilly or rocky because of my knee injury, Well the conversation with the lady and the conversation of the request was forgotten. The tent sites they have are small rocky and a lot of tree limbs sticking out of the ground, I had to put my tent on the road basically and talking about the road your on top of the road with traffic all night. The swimming area was disappointing even for my visitors. I can go on and on. If you tent well this is not the place for it. I will never go back. I am so mad I wasted my vacation at a camp ground that was terrible,

Over all, we will not recommend this location for anyone, unless they have a camper and get a site ON the waterfront. We will not return here.

This camp ground was clean. The showers/bathhouse was clean. There was always hot water available. Every site has it's own grill, outlet, water, fire pit, and garbage pickup (with recycling!!)

The children's playground is old, rickety and rusty, consisting of an arch to climb, and two small sit-on things - no swings, slides or anything you'd expect to see when one advertises playground.

The cabins are the best! Stayed in June verry quiet and clean. Brought my three kids and they loves it ages 7,8, & 9months. Family friendly.

We stayed here for three weeks last year, in late Sept and Early Oct, and I would highly recommend it. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and went out of their way for us. The bathrooms and laundry were clean and well kept. Each campsite had a fire pit and picnic table. Great for sitting around a campfire and having S'mores!

The beach is very very small (maybe 2 feet wide? by 20 feet long?) The picture on the website is deceiving.

The campgrounds are full of blueberry bushes that you can pick whenever you want for free, which is a plus if you like them and camp during blueberry season.
