I rarely take the time to review another business. After having worked with Yankee Equipment Systems for the past decade, however, I do so with enthusiasm. Not only has Yankee supplied my commercial laundromat with superior equipment, been straightforward and professional, and routinely responded quickly to any service needs I may have had throughout the years- but Yankee truly goes the extra mile..... Just recently, I ran into a snag (of my own making) on a Friday evening. I was blown away when service techs Matt and Kevin, took the time to help fix the problem that I created for myself, and thus no equipment was down that weekend-on. Such exemplary service is extremely hard to find these days. Thanks!
